Doug Mather is a specialist in Human Behaviour and Performance and founder director of The Creation Company.
He also founded The Creation Factory, a shared workspace and community for micro-businesses in east London.
For over 10 years Doug was a senior programme leader and coach with an international training company, delivering personal development training to over 3,000 people.
In his earlier career, he was MD of a leading architectural iron foundry, and led metalwork projects at many famous buildings including the Tower of London, Houses of Parliament and the MI6 headquarters, Vauxhall Cross.
Doug is a Master Practitioner and Trainer of NLP and holds an MA in Design Studies from Central St Martin’s School of Art & Design. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, a Member of the Institute of Business Consulting and a DTI/BIS Accredited Consultant.
Elisabeth Goodman has 25 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical R&D where she has held management roles in Information and Library Management, and internal training and consultancy, supporting business teams on a global basis.
She is an experienced and certified practitioner in change management and Lean and Six Sigma, and an expert in knowledge management, with a proven track record in improving team performance and leading business change projects.
Her particular areas of specialism are helping business teams to deliver more effective products and services to their customers, and to do so more efficiently, using 1:1 guidance, team workshops, training and hands-on change management projects.
Elisabeth is a member of CILIP (The Chartered Institute of Library and Information Professionals) and an associate of APM (Association for Project Management).
Alan Williams has long been an advocate of the importance of emotional intelligence alongside process to effect positive change in businesses.
With more than 20 years senior management experience in customer service based businesses, Alan has a track record of success in devising holistic “service brand†strategies and then using deep operational understanding to turn the creative thinking into sustainable, practical reality, achieved through inspiring others. He has enjoyed senior executive roles with major blue chip hospitality and outsourcing organisations as well as smaller entrepreneurial companies. He has worked on both client and supply side and as a managing director, functional support and consultant so appreciates the complexities of organisational relationships. Alan is at his best when given the opportunity to operate as a change agent, pushing the boundaries to inspire groups of people across functions and hierarchy to be proud of their role in delivering a remarkable customer experience. He thrives on leading the transformation of service, culture and behaviour.
Alan graduated in Hotel & Catering Administration at Surrey University where he has been a visiting lecturer, was a global train the trainer for the Marriott International Spirit to Serve programme, and has attended the London Business School leadership course. He has served as President of the Meetings Industry Association and currently sits on the Board of the British Quality Foundation.
Peter Frost has spent the last 30 years working on the international scene.
A UK chartered accountant by training, with a university degree in economics, he has been advising clients on their international expansion as well as travelling extensively, gaining a unique understanding of the different ways of doing business across the World, including how greatly varying cultures, social and even religious attitudes affect the way people do business.
In his time as CEO of a major international professional services network he has interfaced not only with a wide range of business leaders in different industries but has dealt with a multitude of professional and financial institutions, learning how important it is to obtain the right professional advice when expanding into a new territory. He has also met with senior national officials across the World and experienced how the political climate in a country can affect how business is conducted by foreign investors and enterprises.
