For over 10 years Doug was a senior programme leader and coach with a major international training and development company, delivering personal development training to over 3,000 people
Although he formally entered the world of coaching in 1994, he had naturally employed a coaching approach to management throughout his earlier career in the engineering industry. As MD of one of the UK’s leading Architectural Ironfounders, he worked on projects at many prestigious buildings including the Tower of London, Houses of Parliament and the MI6 HQ, Vauxhall Cross. He was also the youngest ever Chairman of the British Foundry Association
Doug also founded and runs The Creation Factory, a workspace and community for independent business people in Brick Lane, east London. He is a Member of the Institute of Business Consulting, a Fellow of the RSA, a DTI Accredited Consultant and a Master Practitioner and Trainer of Nuero Linguistic Programming
Al Morrice is one of the UK’s most successful advertising Art and Creative Directors. He has worked for several of the world’s leading agencies including Bates Dorland (were he was the youngest board director in any global advertising agency), McCann Erikson and Ogilvy and Mather
His client list features American Express, Coca-Cola, Ford, The Central Office of Information, Heinz, Royal Mail, Proctor & Gamble, UPS and Microsoft
Al’s campaigns have impacted hundreds of millions of people in over 20 countries. His most recent TV commercial, for the New Ford S-MAX, was seen by more than 30 million people on its first showing in the half time break of the UEFA Champions League Final
Al has won over 30 advertising awards, including 2 British Television Awards and a Cannes Lion. His work has also resulted in a top forty single, a double platinum disc, one of the top ten ads of all time for awareness effectiveness, and a front page story in the Sun!
His “I saw this and thought of you” campaign for Royal Mail was voted the nations favourite poster campaign, increased the sending of mail by 140,000 items a day and generated revenue of £120 million in three months, for a £14 million spend.
