It is a practical, interactive training, designed to access the innate creativity present in everyone, allowing them to powerfully unleash their creative ability.
Originally designed for the Metropolitan Police Service, it is fast paced and down to earth, whilst simultaneously allowing participants to learn straightforward techniques for stimulating the creative thinking process in both individuals and groups.
It is not about artistic creativity, rather it focuses on learning simple, structured approaches for causing creative thinking that work and make a real difference.
During the course you will examine your relationship to creativity in general, your own creativity, and the blocks that often occur when we “need” or are “trying” to be creative.
You will discover new ways to unlock the power of creativity, enabling you to break out of familiar thinking patterns and create whole new sets of possibility in any situation.
Causing Creativity draws on a range of research into personal and organisational creativity, blending this with the power of Neuro Linguistic Programming to provide a flexible range of highly useable, adaptable and practical techniques for producing rapid and effective results.
